Rachel Hall

Rachel Hall serves as the Training and Engagement Coordinator for Home Instead in the Vinita and Grand Lake region, where she leads caregiver development, mentorship, and engagement for a large team of professional caregivers serving seniors in the community. A TEDx speaker and emerging keynote presenter, Rachel is passionate about elevating the dignity and visibility of caregiving and workforce leadership. Before joining Home Instead, she spent several years as a preschool teacher, held recruitment and leadership roles in affordable housing resident services and community operations. She also spent a decade in children’s ministry as Nursery Director at MeadowCreek United Methodist Church in Collinsville. Rachel returned to Vinita—her hometown—to continue serving the community she loves most. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, writing, and speaking about caregiving, leadership, and community impact. Rachel is the proud mother of three young men: Daniel, Lindan, and Ryan.
